We try to answer all emails daily (except Holidays), though occasionally we are unable to get to all of them in 24 hours. We take each inquiry very seriously and will respond to you. ORDER & PAYMENT PROCESS:
After looking over the website and prices, you can place an order and pay by card, or contact us via email or phone to place an order or discuss your custom bass guitar/other products. Once the details are figured out we will generate a custom quote with a list of specs and features. The price and time frame are good for 30 days.
 
All prices include EU VAT but exclude shipping/transportation costs. The prices are rounded to the nearest figure in Euros and include your local tax (unless the shipment is going outside of the European Union where the local EU VAT will be deducted, but shipping/transportation added): The local VAT rates in EU are as follows:

Please go through your order confirmation and check that all the products are listed correctly and have the correct quantities If you find any mistakes, please contact us immediately as returning shipments can be costly. Please accept our apologies for the product description being only available in English.
 

International buyers please call or email before ordering for shipping rates and final pricing excluding the EU VAT rate. Some countries may charge a customs/duty/fee/tax when the parcel arrives to destination. We are not responsible for that fee.

We will give you the total sum of products and shipping. The delivery times might be very different pending on the product(s) you have ordered. We strive constantly to reduce the delivery times and will give you an estimate pro product ordered.
 
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING:
We have chosen PayEx and Trustwave as being our payment processor to provide the best payment security for our customers. It is now possible to use VISA, Mastercard and correspondent bank cards with the full security of all transactions. For more details, go to page "FINANCE".

Terms of Sale
For custom basses, NOT priced or shown at this webshop: When you order your own custom specified bass, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot in the build schedule. Once your deposit has been received we will order any specialty woods or parts needed for your instrument. Full payment is due upon completion of your instrument prior to shipping. Money orders/wire transfers are accepted. Funds must clear before they are credited toward your order. Customer pays wire transfer fees. Other products including priced basses: 100% payment when ordered through these payment routins and links on this web shop.
 
Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to cancel your order your deposit is refundable minus a €300 order work up fee until we start building your instrument. The start date is indicated on your invoice. Once the build has started your deposit is not refundable until the instrument has been completed and sold to another party.
 
Return Policy
All custom built instruments and demo instruments include a 3-day approval period. If you are not satisfied and wish to return the instrument you must contact us within 3-days of receipt to make return shipping arrangements. Customer pays all shipping charges including insurance. After the instrument has been returned to us and evaluated for damage your purchase price will be refunded less shipping and a restocking fee. Custom built instruments with certain work (especially custom inlay) are non refundable.
 
Restocking fee: 20% of purchasing value, no restocking accepted for custom made instruments.
 
Warranty
All instruments include a limited warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear as defined by us. Application of the warranty is solely determined by each branded product supplier. 
 
Repair & Modification
Repair and/or modification of your instrument must be performed by a mutually agreed upon repair person in your area or made by us.
 
Care & Maintenance
To get the most out of your custom bass guitar / bass gear, read and follow the guidelines for care and maintenance provided with your instrument / gear.

Q: How quickly will my order be shipped?

Items that are in stock will typically be shipped the next business day.
If you have made a special order for an item that do not typically stock, we will ship the business day following that items arrival from the supplier. We do not hold, or sit on items...when we get special orders in, we get them out to you as soon as we can.
Q: Do you ship Worldwide?

Q: What is the standard shipping method?

UPS Express Mail, UPS, Post or FeDex
Just contact us with the city, postal code and country to where the shipment will go, as well as the items that you plan on purchasing.
Q: What is the typical time in transit?

For shipments in general, transit time is typically 5-20 days, but varies heavily on the speed of customs processing in the destination country.
Q: Can I get a shipping quote?

Sure, just add the items to the cart that you are interested in. Choose the country where we will be shipping and click calculate shipping. 
Q: Will you devalue a shipment?

We cannot. Because we ship internationally almost every day and have our packages passing through customs at a high frequency, we declare the invoiced value (minus shipping) of the package.
If a shipment gets lost, we cannot reclaim the true value if we don't have the value on the invoice...and then we lose out in a big way.
Sorry, we know that affects duties charges, but we want to continue to support our international customers for a long time to come....and we want to be unquestionable legally as well
Product Returns
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If an item is used, it will not be considered for refund or exchange.
Do not return an item without emailing us and getting a return authorization.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
International customer returns will be accessed charges for shipping if the original order qualified for free shipping..
Item must be in absolutely new condition to be eligible for refund, complete with original documentation, packaging and invoice sent with product.
Pickups cannot be returned if wires have been cut, or if there is ANY wear making the item not sell-able as "new".
Labor fees for pre-wiring or any work done is not refundable.
